The services mentioned below are not included in our price, but some of them, and also a few others, like Doctor Rescue Team, etc., can be arranged on your request.

• Personal trekking equipment/clothing.
• Extra expenses at the hotel
• Room Service and additional ancillary services acquired from the hotel.
• Horses for personal use to top
• Lunch & Dinner
• Personal insurance of clients.
• COVID-19 Test fee
• Any Entry Tickets – Forts & Museums, Shangrila, Eosai Plain, etc.
• Boating/rafting charges/Zip line/Skiing/Cable Car
• Any personal medication
• Evacuation and rescue charges,s if any.
• Any expense due to forced measures, natural calamities, acts of God, or forced majeure: beyond the control of RVT, their staff, and suppliers

Payment Procedure:

• 70% ofthe  total payment at the time of confirmation
• 30% of the total payment 72 hours before departure

Cancellation Policy:

• Less than 72 hours before departure – 75% of confirmed services
• 4 – 7 days before departure – 15% of confirmed services
• 7 days or more, before departure – 10% of confirmed services
• Cancellation in case of Force Majeure (Flight Cancellation or Similar) – 10% of confirmed services
• The company will keep the refund amount, and it can be used by the agency within 6 months for the same or other guests.
• Change in Hotel / Transportation Price according to season will affect revise package cost.

Important Notes:

• Accommodation & vehicles are booked after confirmation only, and the rates are subject to availability.
• In peak season, due to unforeseen circumstances, the accommodation/s & vehicle/s may differ from those booked/mentioned below; however, equivalent arrangements will be made.
• Late confirmation, can be subject to changes & revisions in the quote and plan.
• The price will change in case of changes to the quotation itinerary.
• 3-4 Hours variation can be expected during traveling due to road & weather conditions; however, we try our best to follow the given itinerary
• Fuel price is taken at the latest rate; any change by the Gov’t or a change in the scheduled route will be adjusted after the final quote or during the journey.
• Unutilized services or inclusions are not refundable.
• The driver’s decision shall be final in any situation on the roads. He is trained to drive in the hilly areas and shall not drive after sunset for safety reasons.
• It is advised that one person is appointed as the Tour Leader amongst the PAX, that in any matter where there are differences in decision, the Tour Leader & the driver shall mutually agree, or the driver shall make the final decision.

All Hotels are Star Properties. We are not holding any bookings with Hotels & rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Otherwise, similar category hotels will be provided. This may be a result of a change in the given price.
