🧩 What You’ll Do:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for getting new clients up and running on Willow. This role blends technical know-how with client-facing communication — perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems and explaining complex ideas simply.
You’ll be responsible for:
⚙️ What We’re Looking For:
We’re not just looking for someone who knows what an API key is — we’d love if you could explain it like you're writing an essay for someone who's never seen one before.
✅ Strong understanding of technical integrations (bonus if you’ve worked with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or Walmart Marketplace)
✅ Working knowledge of APIs and how they connect platforms
✅ Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
✅ Native English speaker or highly proficient in English (written and verbal)
✅ Clear, confident communicator
✅ Previous experience in onboarding or implementation is a must
✅ Detail-oriented and organized
