Responsibilities The Organizational Development (OD) Consultant is a key member of TSNE’s consulting team, bringing a values-based approach to working with client organizations and across TSNE’s organizational consulting initiatives. The role involves serving as a primary contact for clients, providing assessments, design, guidance, coaching, training, and support for OD service implementation. The consultant also supports other OD services as needed. Essential Functions Consulting & Training – 70% Design and deliver consulting and training for nonprofits and other clients, supporting organizational assessments, strategic planning, board development, and change facilitation. Conduct intake calls to assess client needs and readiness, prepare proposals, and manage engagements ensuring quality and cultural competence. Integrate DEIB and emergent strategy into client work. Collaborate with team members on training design and delivery. Maintain engagement information in TSNE databases. Practice Development and Organizational Support – 30% Assess and refine OD frameworks and tools, participate in team meetings, and partner with other departments to promote and evaluate OD services. Develop resources and serve as a thought partner to advance capacity building practices. Participate in organization-wide projects as needed. Additional duties may be assigned.
