Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Kenosha, WI for an Automotive Painter / Refinish Technician . The role involves preparing and painting vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish, applying refinish coat finishes, and color matching . The individual will be responsible for sanding, masking, priming, and sealing surfaces, mixing paints and ensuring the proper application. Duties also include maintaining the workspace and complying with safety regulations, working closely with other technicians and customer service personnel to ensure complete satisfaction and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in automotive painting, refinishing, and color matching
• Skills in sanding, masking, priming, and sealing surfaces
• Knowledge of mixing paints and ensuring the proper application
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in the field of auto body work and collision repair is a plus
• Relevant certification or training in automotive painting and refinishing
